We do not charge for shipping products to addresses in the continental United States using
our standard methods.
Shipping Times
The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped
within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine
the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information
below the chart to calculate total delivery times.

General Shipping Policy
We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible,
so you benefit from the convenience of delivery to your designated address.
For your convenience,
we offer three shipping options: Standard, Priority and Express. If you
ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different
days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We
do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
Shipping to a Different Address
You may have products shipped to an address different from the
billing address of your credit card. To protect the security of your
credit card, our staff may contact the card holder listed or the card
holder's bank to verify this is an approved purchase. If your order is
shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your
credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your
credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of
your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card,
simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the
agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
Split Shipments
When you place an order, we may fulfill the items in your order at different times
and from different vendors. This means that your order may arrive in separate
boxes and at separate times. You will receive a confirmation email for
each item that ships to you, and the email will also list the items that
have previously shipped and items that are still waiting to be shipped.
Types of Email Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming
that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when
your order has shipped. Please save these email invoices for your records.
Where can my order be shipped?
Within the U.S. and major U.S. protectorates: We ship most items to all
states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates
and territories of the United States: American Samoa, Federated States
of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau
and U.S. Virgin Islands.
APO/FPO military addresses:
We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. However, not all
items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. When shipping to an APO/FPO address, delivery may take
3 to 6 weeks. Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist
in the country in which the APO/FPO address is located. Some merchandise
may not be deliverable to these countries. Please contact your local post
office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country
in which your APO/FPO address is located.
International shipping:
We're sorry, at this time we do not ship to some destinations outside
the United States except for APO/FPO military addresses and major offshore
U.S territories and protectorates and is subject to their 70 lb weight
limitation. All shipping costs to points outside of the US are estimates
only and subject to change. Please contact us via e-mail or at 866-565-4ITS
for information regarding shipping to your international address.
Downloads
For purposes of the Service, an order will be deemed "shipped when the
link for the Product download is presented to you.
Security
Identity Theft Solutions Corporation (ITS) uses two types of security.
The first type is called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology
scrambles all your personal information once it leaves your computer and
our server puts it back together once it arrives. During its travels it
cannot be read. The second type of security we use is called a FIREWALL.
This type of software is widely used in today's market. It is simple the
way it works. Our systems are always running and always communicating
to each other. When an outside source is trying to see our information
this software simply denies access. It uses several other very detailed
programs to scramble and block privileged information. ITS in some cases will use
a third party to ship your
order. This third party will be governed under the same policies we operate
under. Your information will not be sold or retained by this third party
for any reason whatsoever.
